fall rolling along

I hit a near 4 plate squat with the weight lift belt ! Super excited. I took it slow because I was new to squats this year (machine squats and leg press for years before that) and was not as familiar vs deadlift and bench press. But it went well and I feel like I have gas in the tank to keep going. Super happy here. Saw one of my old gym bros doing 4 plates and I was thinking I should be able to have that in me. And I did.
