I am a practicing clinician, a recent doctoral graduate who finally graduated school but will never leave school, a huge technology lover, a man constantly fighting off the fat, and a father.
I feel like this is totally W right now. I have to remember to thank her regularly for being a mom of two haha. I’m a lucky dad that’s for sure.
Watching the Condit Lawler fight and hitting chest press. I looooooooooooove Shaw’s Wifi hotspots. I don’t love buffering. I missed the last electrufying round. That’s ok because I demolished chest yesterday. I’ve been having an amazing lfiting week for real. Every workout has been amazing.
CAUSE IT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY. Started out small again with an 8 set warmup.
AND JAMMED THAT MOFO UP TO 110%. Hit a last set and just maxed out myself for deadlifts for a set of 6 reps at 315 lbs. Definitely liked this workout compared to previous other deadlift programs I have done. Also, this is my new gym spread- the Sony SRS-X33 is perfect for throwing in the bag and being very reliable in the gym. The Z3 Tablet Compact is definitely way too big to be in the gym and tracking my progress on it was a royal pain in the butt. Much prefer to do my workout management on my Z3 phone.
In laws made a really nice white fish steamed with pork and preserved vegetable.
They also made a nice fancy dish of fungus, sea cucumber, dried mushroom and dried oyster. Can’t say that I appreciated it as much as others might appreciate these fancy delicacies.
Silkie black chicken – where even the bones are black! I have not eaten this much Silkie chicken in some time. Its used to make a soup for new moms and while teh soup is delish, the boiled chicken has no flavor- its definitely not the same as the traditional boiled chicken recipe, which I quite like.
I’ll have to do a write up of this soon- or I might just doa review. I managed to get the Z3 Tablet Compact at a great price to potentially replace my phone. Its truly the new Phablet- whereas my old Note II was kind of the pinnacle of the Phablet craze before the plus 5.5 inch size became normal for a phone, this 8 inch monster is truly a phablet. I have to say I thought I would be mor eimpressed by it than I am now.
I did like a billion sets today for deadlifts. I was on a rooooooooooooolllll. You can see where I ended off. Definitely feeling the pump.
