I am a practicing clinician, a recent doctoral graduate who finally graduated school but will never leave school, a huge technology lover, a man constantly fighting off the fat, and a father.
I threw on my Sony Action Cam and shot my chest work out- this is what it is like to bend down getting ready to do 100 lb dumbbell bench presses. This is a lot better now that I have 25 lbs plates instead of the stupid huge 50 lb plates.
2×25 lbs, 4x10lbs, 2x5lbs per dumbbell
This is what it looks like to bench press dumbbells in the gym. I need to angle the cam better. I’ve always wanted to take a shot from this view because this was one of my biggest accomplishments in the gym after a real concerted effort over a year period.
Really really satisfying. Much more satisfying than doing the smith machine bench that I have gone back to in the last couple of weeks.
This is what it is like to get that weight up. I felt really really solid yesterday.
TWO SCREEN ELLIPTICAL ADVENTURE. Seriously so fun. Watched the Internship while killing calories. So relaxing after chest pressing.
I had a grand adventure digging through the recycling bin for my Sony Smartband that fell to the bottom when I was putting out the recyclying. Foudn it by pinging my phone everywhere until my phone pinged it in the garbage room.
Shrimp for lunch. Raw shrimp looks much more interesting than cooked shrimp.
New shooting fav- using the LiveView remote to trigger my Sony a6000 when it is too cold outside to use my phone and gloves at the same time. The Fenix UC40 flashlight’s super bright 1000 lumen bulb was perfect for digging in the trash for my smartband. So happy I have a pwoerful flashlight at my disposal.
New Asian Villiage three curry combo with coconut naan bread. So good and so filling. Expensive for fast food but its restaurant quality.
