And we’re off- yours truly is taking the Action Cam out for a run. A relatively crappy three stair set run over less than 4km. I got winded really quick on the stairs.
Coming down the stairs feels sooooo good.
Coming up the hill is a total total challenge for me right now- this hill was fine for me before, and its a pretty slow climb, just really long. Its frustrating to see how bad my conditioning is on running right now. I have a feeling I am going to be doing a lot more running than lifting the next two months. I was dry heaving at the top.
It came in- part two of Action Cam- the Live View remote.
It lets me view the video feed via Wi-Fi on my wrist. It feels like a really well designed product.
And my diet is ruining everything I am working for. Here’s a magical frozen food Crustini thing that stays crispy when you nuke it. It tasted really good- lots of processed salt, and also really bad because you know there is nothing healthy about this life choice.
