Hit the treadmill after taking a really long hiatus from running since August when I rolled my left ankle hardcore in the mountains. The ankle has healed very well and I had no problems running on it. What I did have problems with was my breathing and general lack of cardio capability. I was breathing hard to finish my run.
Today I focused on lower back and did deadlifts on this cable machine. What I wanted to highlight was how awesome the Microsoft Surface was for this- I used it to play motivational workout videos from CT Trainer on youtube doing back workout while using my phone as a wifi hotspot for the gym. Pretty sweet device so far. Not digging the speakers though- even though they are stereo they aren’t very loud or great sounding.
