This happens every single day. Getting better at it. But every night I goto sleep struggling to do one thing to make sure that I did something. I need to make this happen in the morning instead. Right now I am going to goto the gym, turn on the treadmill and play the part 2b of the cognitive behavioral therapy module I found on youtube and learn something. Still lots to do on my paper. Sigh.

Minced dace fish cakes, fried egg and instant ramen. I really thought the ramen was going to be like all the fresh ramen I have been having lately, but it turns out it was like every other ichiban haha. I dunno maybe cause it was a Japanese import I thought it would be different, but its just like every other instant ramen. The dace cakes were ok. W thinks the flavor was lost a little in the freezing process.
