Grad school anxiety; reflected perfectly by PhD comics.

This happens every single day. Getting better at it. But every night I goto sleep struggling to do one thing to make sure that I did something. I need to make this happen in the morning instead. Right now I am going to goto the gym, turn on the treadmill and play the part 2b of the cognitive behavioral therapy module I found on youtube and learn something. Still lots to do on my paper. Sigh.
