I am a practicing clinician, a recent doctoral graduate who finally graduated school but will never leave school, a huge technology lover, a man constantly fighting off the fat, and a father.
The new multi-colored lego building for health sciences at 7:00am in the morning.
Its a cold walk ahead. Definitely need scarves and gloves now.
Edmonton Clinic early in the morning. Lens flare! I’m not sure if I care enough about lens flare to get the hood for my camera. I do know that the lens cap and pulling the LCD back to take a shot really take away from the spontaneity of shooting from the bag. I am hoping there is an auto lens cap like there was for the old Panasonic DMC-LX3 before.
This parking lot makes me happy for some reason. I just like the lighting.
Cold winter morning on the hospital roof top
Morning sun rising through the winter clouds
Roof top lounge.
Chow mein, pork chop and frozen veggies for lunch.
Going to pick up data at the Terrace building. Walked past the rehab med building and it was snowing mad ice chunks that weren’t quite hail. So cold already and its only -12 C.
Mazankowski in the afternoon snow.
Snowflake we made from last winter, still on our office windows.
Butterdome in the freshly falling snow.
Fourth floor lounge still open late at night. Wish this didn’t close at seven pm.
Just some late night shots looking out on campus. So beautiful here.
went to Taipan after night class. Too tired to cook and crap due at midnight. Sigh.
Noodles were really good with perfectly cooked shrimp.
Sticky rice was just ok, nothing special. And they removed my favorite dish, the Portuguese beef stew. WHYYYY.
It was freezing outside.
I am not sure if I quite like the handling of the P7700 yet. But I am loving the control and image quality so far. Looks to be a fun camera so far.
