I am a practicing clinician, a recent doctoral graduate who finally graduated school but will never leave school, a huge technology lover, a man constantly fighting off the fat, and a father.
Just going back home after a quick downtwon shopping trip! I managed to score a sweet deal on a Calvin Klein leather flight bag for 50 bucks on clearance (woo!) and wasted my money on a disgusting calorie free Vitamin Water (I really need to stop buying these calorie free drinks).
They are really pumping out the new LRT bridge at the Health Sciences station. Will be awesome in the winter time, I can totally walk between classes and work without leaving the buildings!
Celery and pork. Pretty meh dish, but its food and it has lots of protein and fibre.
Cool morning on the hospital roof top.
V-Wing lecture hall (one of two) that appear to still be intact after V-Wing was demolished. V-Wing was one of my favorite places in first year, had so many classes there. Lots of physics courses taken here.
Drop boxes for org chem labs. I can’t believe that I will be a TA this coming term, after years of fearing them for assignment grades.
Classic CAB and quad where I used to hang out and study even in Grade 12 for summer school. Kind of crazy its been like ten years where I have been hanging here.
The fire pit in SUB. It was kidn of cool to be here in the cold winter days.
SUB where I used to spend copious amounts of time in first and second year. Don’t really hang here any much these days.
Stair care I would go up and down all the time for physics/chem/ochem for labs and lectures. So busy on this staircase during class period switching.
Went back to the university campus tour after I had to pick up some forms from my supervisor. Wandered around and checked out some old haunts, mostly from undergrad. The old Chem West (east?) basement. Very creepy and hot. Used to cram organic chemistry exam studying and pre labs here. Very depressing and nostalgic.
