Protein and progress

Went out for a rainy drive last night to Wal-Mart and picked up some algae discs for my fishes. And then ran into the protein section. I had waved off protein since last year and decided I didn’t need it, but now I think I was just really hyped up over my shoulder press progress from the morning (170lbs military press at 64 reps!) So I think I’m really getting into it. Saw some cheap protein on sale and grabbed it. I bought strawberry, which I usually don’t do because fruit flavors are usually pretty bad. And I was right. It was bad. It tastes like somebody ate a case of strawberries, threw up in the bucket and dehydrated it. Gross. Whatever. I am psyched for weight lifting this summer.
