For instance- today, Hong Kong style instant noodles- you need to boil the noodles first, then remove the noodle water, pour the noodles into hot water, with which you would have premixed the soup base in, and finally fry some eggs and lunch meat (em chan yook- literally, lunch meat in canto) and then eat everything except the soup because its not real soup (which negates the point of ridding the noodle water IMHO).

I am preparing hard for my upcoming exams.
