In other news- 1720 calories/day is what I should be eating now. If I am 148 lbs, and I want to get ripped, I have to watch everything I eat from now on. And running before a workout is detrimental to muscle. So half an hour of running after weightlifting everyday. That is my sole focus this summer. I’m out.
